| Skills by Numbers 27. | HOW TO SEPARATE AN EGG. | |
| Method: | ||
| 1. | Carefully crack your egg and break in half. |
|
||
| 2. | Hold the two halves split side up. You should be left with the yolk in one half. Empty the other half. | |||
| 3. | Pour the yolk from one half to the other, allowing the white to fall in the bowl below. |
|
||
| 4. | Empty the half without the yolk in. Repeat this a couple of times until you are left with the yolk in one shell and the other empty. |
|
||
| 5. | If you accidentally drop the yolk, you can use the shell to scoop it out. | |||
