| 1. | To get a crunchy caramel on top of your pudding, there are many different methods. Here are two of the most popular. | |||
| 2. | Under the grill. Set your grill to hot. Douse the top of your pudding with granulated sugar and put under the grill. | |||
| 3. | Turn the container until the caramel has browned evenly. | |||
| 4. | Using a blowtorch. Dredge sugar over your pudding and turn the blowtorch on. Play the flame over the surface of the pudding. Do not stop for too long in any one place or it will burn. This should give you a lovely hard caramel. |
