| Skills by Numbers 12. | HOW TO PIPE. | |
| Method: | ||
| 1. | First you have to ensure that your mix is thick enough to pipe. A runny mix will just fall out of the bottom of the piping bag. |

||
| 2. | Turn over the top edge of the bag and fill it ¾ full with mix. Roll the top back over so that the bag is now sealed on top. Pick the bag up, holding the top together with your right hand and guiding with your left. (Unless you are left handed.) |

| 3. | Squeeze with your right hand and direct with your left. Move down the piping bag as you use the mix. |
|
||
| 4. | The only limit to the shapes you can make is your imagination, so have fun. |
